1. Subject of the agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by FLEV Magyarország Kivitelező és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 8294 Kapolcs, Jókai utca 34., Hungary; tax number: 27925047-2-19).

2. Scope of services

FLEV Magyarország Kft. provides renovation, timber pergola design and installation, property technical inspection, and building cleaning in Budapest, Kapolcs, the Lake Balaton Uplands and, by arrangement, nationwide.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on the website are for guidance only and may vary depending on the property's size, condition and the scope of inspection required. An exact quote is always provided after an on-site consultation.

4. Booking

Services are booked by phone, email or through the website's contact form. A booking becomes final once both parties agree and the appointment is confirmed.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

A confirmed appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. For later cancellations, FLEV Magyarország Kft. is entitled to charge the Client for costs incurred.

6. Payment terms

The service fee is due after completion, based on the issued invoice, within the payment deadline stated on it, by bank transfer or another method agreed on site.

7. Liability

FLEV Magyarország Kft. carries out its services with the care expected of the profession. A property technical inspection reflects the condition observable during the on-site survey and does not replace a full technical expert opinion or legal due diligence.

8. Complaints and governing law

Complaints can be addressed to FLEV Magyarország Kft. primarily at info@flev.hu. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the Client is entitled to turn to the competent conciliation body or court. Any matter not covered by these Terms is governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry, to carry out the requested service (e.g. property technical pre-screening, providing a quote), and for pre-contractual communication. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and the taking of steps necessary for the performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

We retain the data you provide until your enquiry is resolved, or — if a contract is concluded — for as long as our contractual and accounting obligations apply, but no longer than the period required by applicable law.

Several of the above providers (Firebase Hosting, Google Fonts and Google Search Console) run on infrastructure operated by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, which may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases we choose providers who offer the safeguards required by GDPR (such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). Data provided as part of the property condition assessment is seen only by the expert colleague carrying out the assessment, for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or social-media cookies. We use storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work (e.g. remembering your cookie choice) — this does not require consent.

Analytics cookies: to measure traffic, Google Analytics may place cookies, but only with your explicit consent. A cookie bar appears the first time you open the site, where you can choose between "Accept" and "Decline". Until you choose, or if you decline, no analytics cookie is placed in your browser. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; to change it, clear this site's stored data (in your browser settings) and the cookie bar will appear again.

You have the right to request information about the data we hold on you, to request its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing, and to exercise your right to data portability.
